With Sargam Atta - we are going back to basics that worked for centuries:

2. Whole wheat with no additives or preservatives
3. What is taken out is only what should be taken out - husk
4. Milled avoiding at all times over heating of grains
5. Avoid un-necessary processing like excessive washing or mixing-remixing stuff

Also we will ensure to inform you the date when the Atta was milled - because as with natural things over time the Atta as well will degrade.

Non degrading Atta or Atta with expiry date too long in future is not what we call Atta!
